Well, I'm not sure of the "correct" proceedure for posting it on your blog, but this is what I did:
Right click on the pic of the award and choose "save picture".
Save it to a folder on your computer. It should be a .jpg file. I saved it to a folder in the file where I store my pictures. Then when you are creating the new post on your blog add it as a pic and add your own text. If you'd like to pass on the award, make your list then make the links active. Do you all know how to do that? If not just say so and I'll try to fill you in :-)
If you don't want to pass it on, just enjoy!!
I also added it to my sidebar (can you tell I was excited to get one?!) by going into "page elements" in the "template" tab. Then, I chose "add a page element" on the right side bar and selected "add picture". I chose the image from my file where it was already saved and that was that.
